Vox Pro

Established in 1973, VoxPro is a 100% Irish owned company based in Blackrock, Cork and operates a 24 x 7 x 365 Call Centre running Customer Interaction Centre (CIC) from Interactive Intelligence. Wren Data designed and commissioned the solution in 2004 and have since expanded on the original deployment with the addtiion of Automatic Switchover capability, multi media recording and increased agent and line capacity.

VoxPro offer the following inbound and outbound services to its clients:

Business Process Outsourcing - Vox Pro manage offer outsourced communication processes from customer service to appointment scheduling to payment processing and back office administration.  

Campaign Management - VoxPro offer services to companies engaged in Marketing or Sales activitie. Their range of services include database management, advertising response lines, order processing and fulfilment.

Pageboy Contact Centre

Pageboy Contact Centre established in 1972 were one of the first call/contact centres in Europe to provide a personalised, continuous, 24-hour, 365-days-a-year service. The quality of their service is evident in the number of years their clients have been using their services and continue to do so.

Abtran

Abtran is the largest indigenous business process outsourcer (BPO) in the Irish market.
