Abtran have been a customer of Wren Data Limited since 1999 and currently employ the latest release of Customer Interaction Centre (CIC) from Interactive Intelligence as their core Contact Centre technology across all of their locations in Ireland.
Since adopting the Interactive Intelligence solution, Abtran have added additional modules from Interactive Intelligence covering Multi Media Recording & Screen Recording, Predictive & Blended Dialing, Advanced Call Scripting, Web Services, Work Force Management Integration and more recently Automatic Speech Recognition using the latest VoiceXML technology.
