Macaw Speech

Macaw Speech was formed in 2008 to develop Speech Recognition Self-Service applications for the Contact Centre Market using platform-independent and technologically progressive Open Standard VoiceXML software.

As an extension to the pre-built and bespoke self-service applications, Macaw Speech have designed a browser-based administrative interface, the ASR Application Generator. This interface enables the customer to self-manage the applications from the point of creation to deployment.

In addition, as an Irish company offering speech recognition solutions to the Irish market, we are developing Hiberno-English lexicons and phonetic dictionaries in response to the absence of any standard language packs for Ireland.
