Network Support Services & Maintenance

Wren Data’s Network Support Services offer a complete range of Maintenance Support Agreements to protect and cover your network in the event of breakdown or failure. We provide reliable service based IT Support contracts to help you manage your computer networks, servers, printers and all other IT concerns.

Our highly experienced IT technicians serve as a single point of contact for all your technology support needs. Wren Data’s IT professionals work closely with our clients on an ongoing basis to ensure consistent, quality onsite service and technical support solutions.

Our contracts are designed to be flexible and provide as much protection as you require from single items of equipment such as serversto complete and comprehensive network cover. All our contracts can be tailored to meet a two, four or eight hour engineer response time and include telephone support.

Wren Data Limited provides onsite and telephone/remote helpdesk services to our clients. 

  • Telephone Support - Our highly trained engineers will provide telephone support in a bid to resolve the problem and get your system running again as quickly as possible. 
  • Fast, onsite response - An engineer will be onsite within between 2 and 4 hours of reported failure of critical equipment such as servers or network switches/hubs. 
  • Loan Equipment - We will provide loan equipment if the failed item is not repairable onsite. In the event of PC failure, a loan computer will be provided and data transferred to the loan and back again once your computer has been repaired. 
  • Remote Support (if available) - We will connect into your network from our head office in Limerick (if the facility to do so exists) and attempt to resolve your faults.
