Pageboy Contact Centre established in 1972 were one of the first call/contact centres in Europe to provide a personalised, continuous, 24-hour, 365-days-a-year service. The quality of their service is evident in the number of years their clients have been using their services and continue to do so.

Five years ago, bidding to take their business to the next level with best of breed tech nology they employed Wren Data Ltd to implement a solution centred around the Customer Interaction Centre (CIC) from Interactive Intelligence.

According to Ken Colley, Managing Director of Pageboy Contact Centre, the adoption of this new technology "has enhanced their service offering enormously"  and offers them a degree of control and flexibility over their business processes that previously they only aspired to.
